Products:

Unopened Products: If you wish to return an unopened product (sealed and in its original packaging), you may do so within 5 days of purchase by presenting your proof of purchase. You will be refunded the value of the product, minus shipping costs.

Opened or Used Products: Returns of opened or used products will not be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

Defective Products: If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, provided you report it to us within 5 days of purchase and present your proof of purchase.
Aesthetic Treatments:

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an aesthetic treatment, you must notify us at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged 5% of the total treatment value.

Refund: Refunds will not be issued for aesthetic treatments that have already been performed, unless it can be proven that the service was not performed according to MYP SKIN AND BODY's quality standards.
